Do we pay for inactive members?
No. We charge only active members you manage. Archived profiles stay free. stay free.
How long does implementation take?

Can we combine private and public models?
Of course. Most clubs keep internal trainings private and promote specific events publicly. can be enabled only for specific sections.

How do prices work?
Private clubs
For private clubs, the price is 1 BAM per member monthly. For example, if you have 50 members, the monthly price will be 50 BAM. This option is ideal for clubs that want complete privacy and control over their data.
Annual membership: Annual payment gives you a discount! Instead of 12 BAM per member per year (1 BAM x 12 months), you can pay only 10 BAM per member per year and save 2 BAM per member.
Example: For 50 members, monthly is 50 BAM (600 BAM per year), and annually is 500 BAM - a savings of 100 BAM!
Public clubs
For public clubs, the price is the same as for private clubs (1 BAM per member monthly) plus an additional 100 BAM monthly for public visibility. For example, if you have 50 members, the monthly price will be 50 BAM (for members) + 100 BAM (for public visibility) = 150 BAM total.
Public clubs get additional benefits such as public visibility, notifications for clients when you publish an event, and the ability for people to easily find and contact you. This is ideal for clubs that want to increase their visibility and attract new members.
Annual membership: Annual payment gives you a discount! Instead of 12 BAM per member + 1200 BAM per year (1 BAM x 12 months + 100 BAM x 12 months), you can pay only 10 BAM per member + 1000 BAM per year and save 2 BAM per member + 200 BAM.
Example: For 50 members, monthly is 150 BAM (1800 BAM per year), and annually is 1500 BAM - a savings of 300 BAM!
Public club page
Each public club gets its own public page where the following will be visible:
- All public events with details, dates and registration option
- Member count (if you want to highlight)
- Contact information - email, phone and other contact information
- Club information - name, description, location, sports
- Social media - links to social networks
- Searchability - your club will easily found through search
